The San Gorgonio Pass rises between the San Bernardino Mountains to the north and the San Jacinto Mountains to the south, roughly 80 miles east of Los Angeles and 30 miles west of Palm Springs. Beaumont's position at this junction—where Interstate 10 and State Route 79 intersect—makes it a strategic point along California's interior. The city's population has grown significantly, with development projections suggesting more than 50 percent growth between 2016 and 2045.

The residential expansion reflects both population demand and deliberate city planning. Nearly 26,000 residential units are in the development pipeline across Beaumont's retail trade area. The city has also invested in its downtown core—a $14 million renovation of the historic central park is planned to support retail and housing growth. Alongside this growth, the city established the Pass Area Business Hub as a resource center for entrepreneurs and small businesses seeking space and support in this emerging region.

For families building their futures in a growing community, life insurance is the foundation of a financial plan. As neighborhoods expand and families establish themselves over the next 10 to 30 years, term coverage protects the income and investments that make those growth plans possible.
